OMG !! Today Update !! Big Breaking News About American Pickers'It Will Be Shock You

Leticia recently talked about how much work goes into remodeling and reopening a coffee business. Leticia, 45, began her career in politics after working as a bikini model. She also posed for Playboy magazine in July 2008. Leticia documented her vacation to the West Fuji region of Florida on Monday by posting photos and videos to her Instagram stories. Leticia sent pictures and videos of Shannon Passmore, her sister, and her exploring the attractions.
Leticia went to the Old Sugarmill Pancake House, one of her favorite places, while on a historical tour with her sibling. The restaurant is located next to Natural Springs, where guests are welcome to swim if they so like. Leticia posted a picture of herself posing next to a big pond on social media, hinting at a possible modeling comeback. It said the swimsuit model almost came out of retirement, but I had too much writing to do.
At Visit West Fuji, Leticia showed off her trim body in the photo, wearing form-fitting trousers and a tight long-sleeve shirt. She topped off the ensemble with a baseball cap over her blonde hair and well-worn Chelsea boots. Leti shared pictures from the rest of her and Shannon’s trip with their siblings on her Instagram Story. The social media post featured images of tourist sites, footage of crazy party-filled nights, and peeks at a nearby motorcycle event.
Leticia released her anger over her unfinished coffee shop, which led to the peaceful retreat. The former Playboy model bemoaned the time and money she had spent trying to rescue an antique building in Kentucky. Leticia spent $11,000 for an Ace Coffee Cafe in Cave City, Kentucky, about two hours south of Louisville. The current competition is to finish the renovations in time for the shop’s March 29 opening. Leticia seemed to be losing ground to the race.
Leticia posted updates on the ongoing reconstruction on her Instagram stories over the weekend, along with some harsh criticism of the expenses and obstacles encountered. Leticia was enraged by a picture of the original dilapidated building. Despite her joy at the completion of the brickwork surrounding the exterior windows, she said, “This was the building four years ago. I had finally gotten the brick cut in for windows. I’ve installed more than 20 windows and doors since then. This has been a long and very, very, very expensive road saving a 100-year-old building, but it’s so worth it. Very much worth it.”
Over the weekend, Leticia posted a few more photos and once more bemoaned the compromises she had to make for the project. The shop’s renovated bathroom, including orange walls and skeleton and flower decor, was included in a photo that the model described as the cutest. Leticia also displayed a lit-up sign that she had altered to read the name of the shop, and she had pictures of an artist painting a sign on the building’s facade. Compared to the property’s prior appearance, which she revealed in the next photo, it was a total makeover.
On a wall within the establishment, she noticed an old photo of the shop that showed how it used to be a theater in the 1930s and 1950s. The former Beauty and the Geek star extended a particular shout-out to her partner and American Pickers founder Mike Wolfe, 59, who has supported her the entire time. Over a picture of the couple kissing, Leticia wrote, “Without my love, @MikeWolfeAmericanPicker, I couldn’t have done any of this. He has the best ideas and is so supportive, even when he knows it means sacrificing time together,” she stated.
While she works to prepare the new project for clients, Leticia has been giving them sneak peeks. A flyer advertising the soft launch the day before and the opening on March 30 was recently uploaded on AC’s official Instagram page. Live music, freebies, and an area that will turn into a bar after hours are all planned for the unveiling. “Giveaways and more are happening all day. Come spend the day with us. We’re the only cafe in town where you can enjoy anything from coffee to cocktails, indoors or outside in our courtyard that doubles as a music venue,” the caption said.
Not very long ago, the journalist boasted about the makeover while providing a 360° view of the area on her page. Leticia captioned a photo of her renovation saying in part, “I spared no expense when it comes to the build-out of this coffee shop.”
