AMERICAN Pickers star Mike Wolfe has finally finished renovating his $300,000 Iowa rental property after months of delays, as the home is now open to guests.

Mike, 60, owns Two Lanes Guesthouse with locations in Columbia, Tennessee and Le Claire, Iowa.

The U.S. Sun can reveal exclusive photos of the finished renovation years after the American Pickers star started the project.

Photos show the finished product, as the exterior is painted a dark green with black trim.

There is a vintage-inspired sign that reads Two Lanes Guesthouse.

The front of the home has landscaping including shrubs and small trees, as well as an antique table.

As for the backyard, renters could enjoy the deck that has views of the Mississippi River.

Mike styled the space with a hotel sign, patio furniture and lights.

As for the downstairs area of the backyard, there is another space for renters to sit and relax.

Guests could also sit around the cozy firepit.

Mike posted photos from the inside of the vacation rental over the weekend to announce the opening.

The home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and can hold up to eight guests.

When guests walk into the home, there is a staircase that leads to the upstairs.

The staircase and the first floor both have antique carpeting.

Mike decorated the house with vintage mirrors and picture frames on the walls.

The home is filled with precious antiques, including antlers, a phonograph record player and more.

Mike captioned the set of photos, “The Two Lanes Guesthouse is officially OPEN in LeClaire, Iowa! Just steps from the mighty Mississippi River and the flagship @antiquearchaeology store, this cozy house is nestled in the heart of my hometown. It’s filled with pieces I picked all across the country—places with soul, history, and good people.

“Every item inside has a story, brought together to create a space that feels welcoming, personal, and full of character. It’s a stay made for you and all your loved ones—a place to slow down, soak it in, and feel at home.“

The listing is currently not available to all guests.

Mike is only allowing guests with three or more Airbnb trips to book for the time being.

GUESTHOUSE DELAYS
Two Lanes Guesthouse Iowa was initially supposed to open in the fall of 2024, as the Instagram page revealed it would be “Coming this October.”

Then on October 5, another caption read, “@mikewolfeamericanpicker is hard at work carefully staging and crafting the @ontwolanes Guest House LeClaire for YOU! Stay tuned for booking announcements later this fall.”

But it never opened, as the new opening date was listed for the first week of April 2025.

It finally opened over the weekend.

The project has been years in the making, as Mike purchased the 2,142-square foot building for $300,000 in December 2021.

TENNESSEE RENTAL
Mike also owns a vacation rental located in a historic Columbia, Tennessee building that was built in 1857.

The American Pickers star charges $275 a night from Friday to Sunday, and $200 a night from Monday to Thursday.

During holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s, the price is $425 a night.

The space features one bedroom with a king bed, a couch that pulls out a queen bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a washer and dryer.

The space is filled with antiques picked by Mike.

STORE CLOSING
This comes after Mike closed down his antique store in Nashville, Tennessee in April.

His Nashville store, Antique Archaeology, shut their doors on Sunday, April 27.

Mike announced the closing over Instagram, “After nearly 15 amazing years, we’ve made the tough decision to close the doors of our Antique Archaeology store here in Music City.

“I’ve been so proud to be a part of this neighborhood, this city, and this chapter of life. But sometimes, even when something is good, you have to pause and ask yourself where your time is going — and where your heart is calling you next.

“For me, that’s family. It’s slowing down a little, staying rooted, and focusing on the new projects that are pulling at my soul. I’m not disappearing — not even close.

“I’ll still be picking, sharing, and selling online and at our original LeClaire, Iowa store. But I’ve learned over the years that it’s easy to spread yourself too thin, and balance is something we all chase in one way or another.

He ended, “This isn’t goodbye — it’s just a new rhythm.”

The closing comes after Antique Archaeology Nashville was hit with backlash from customers over expensive prices and the amount of merchandise sold in the store.

The Iowa location remains open.

NEW PROJECT
Mike is also opening a wine bar called Revival in Columbia, Tennessee.

A source told The U.S. Sun, “He’s thinking of making the space a wine bar. Prime and Pint, the restaurant next door, can use the outside area and people can also rent out the space.

“It’s supposed to open in June.”

The U.S. Sun obtained photos of a red neon sign, revealing the name of the establishment to be Revival.

The U.S. Sun previously reported American Pickers will return in the fall.

This will be Mike’s longest break from shooting the show in 15 years.
