A lavish Los Angeles estate owned by “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Sutton Stracke has hit the market for a whopping $8.9 million — and it’s every bit as glamorous as fans would expect.
The reality TV icon‘s stately Georgian-style home is tucked away in the ultra-exclusive Bel Air – Holmby Hills neighborhood behind towering hedges, and listed by celebrity powerhouse agent Josh Flagg.
The listing comes amid major changes for the Bravo star, who recently sent her youngest son James off to college. Throughout the most recent season, Stracke has spoken candidly about the transition to empty nester, admitting the quiet house has been an adjustment.
Built in 1938, the estate sits on a little over an acre of land, spans roughly 4,723 square feet and features four bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Visitors are greeted by a sweeping motor court before stepping inside, where they are met with soaring wood-beamed ceilings, rich millwork, and hardwood and marble flooring.
At the heart of the main floor is a massive chef’s kitchen equipped with premium appliances and an oversized marble island — perfect for hosting fellow housewives or high-fashion elites. Cozying up won’t be an issue either, as the property boasts five distinct fireplace locations.

While the entire home oozes southern charm meets West Coast luxury, the true crown jewel of the residence is the primary suite is the real show stopper.
The luxe retreat features its own fireplace, a spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub overlooking the grounds, an oversized walk-in shower. The suite’s crown jewel is the custom dressing room, tailor-made for Stracke’s enviable couture collection.
The boutique-style closet is the kind of fashion sanctuary people dream of, with ample space for designer gowns, shoes, handbags and accessories. The cavernous closet floods with natural light, and has custom white wardrobe armoires with floor-to-ceiling panel doors filled with gowns and shoes, perfectly lit up with interior cabinet lighting.
The closet transitions from a square shaped dressing room centered around an island loaded with deep drawers to a long, curved room with open garment racks that are packed tightly with an array of bright dresses and tops.
Outside, the property unfolds like a private country club across impeccably landscaped grounds with a full-sized championship tennis court, swimming pool, gardens and multiple terraces designed for al fresco dining.
Records indicate she purchased the home in 2020 for $5.35 million.
Adding to the estate’s undeniable allure is its impressive pedigree of past homeowners. Jerry Buss, the iconic late owner of the Los Angeles Lakers, previously owned the property.
