AMERICAN Pickers star Mike Wolfe’s ex-wife has sold her marital home for over $5 million after winning the Nashville mansion in their 2021 divorce.

Mike, 60, and Jodi’s divorce was finalized in December 2021, one year after she filed to end their nearly 10-year marriage.

The U.S. Sun previously reported Jodi was awarded their Nashville, Tennessee marital home in the divorce.

Now, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal Jodi has sold the stunning four-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion for a whopping $5,100,000.

The 5,132 square-foot home was initially listed for $5,995,000 in May 2025.

Mike and Jodi bought the house for $700,000 in 2012.

Real estate photos viewed by The U.S. Sun show the modern farmhouse home.

According to the listing, the home, which has a private entrance, is described as a “retreat.”

The listing reads, “Built by renowned architect and historian, Bill Powell, the home is rich with details that flawlessly blend historical architectural elements with new.

“With a thoughtful open floor plan, the layout is inviting, while maintaining sense of spaces for living, kitchen and dining rooms in their own right.

“The primary suite is on the main floor, with access to an epic screened porch with a grand wood burning fireplace.”

The kitchen has marble countertops and white cabinets with an island and stainless steel appliances.

The home also features a built-in reading nook and a ladder taking homeowners to a loft.

The abode also has hardwood floors and antiques displayed throughout.

WOLFE DIVORCE
In the divorce settlement obtained by The U.S. Sun, Mike was ordered to pay Jodi a total sum of $634,000 in alimony.

Together, the exes owned or had interest in 15 real estate properties.

Jodi was awarded Nashville, Tennessee marital home and their North Carolina abode.

Mike has sole ownership of the remaining 13 properties located in Tennessee and Iowa.

The American Pickers star agreed to pay his ex-wife $5,228,878.73 to “provide for the equitable division of the marital estate,” according to the divorce settlement.

Jodi also received 50 percent of post-tax royalties earned by Mike for seasons 1-10 of American Pickers for the earning period before December 31, 2021.

The court papers claim Mike was to receive one payment for the month of December 2021 for his work on Season 10 of American Pickers, as he shall pay her “exactly $28,000.”

She also got 40 percent of post-tax royalties earned by Mike for seasons 1-10 of American Pickers for the earning period between January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2026.

Mike was awarded his store and business Antique Archaeology Nashville, and their companies JCM Investments and MRW Inc.

He will also have ownership of Mossy Point Productions.

As for their 9-year-old daughter Charlie, Jodi is the primary residential parent.

She will have custody of their daughter 230.5 days of the year, while Mike has her in his care for 134.5 days.

Mike was ordered to pay $2,100 a month in child support, and to provide medical and dental insurance to his daughter.

Jodi filed for divorce from Mike in November 2020 in Tennessee.

She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason of divorce after listing June 2020 as their date of separation.

They married on September 7, 2012 in Franklin, Tennessee.

Mike now lives in the $1,050,000 Tennessee bachelor pad he bought in June 2020.

LOVE AFTER HEARTBREAK
Mike went public with his girlfriend Leticia Cline in August 2021 during a trip to his hometown of Le Claire, Iowa.

They have been going strong ever since.

In September, Mike and Leticia were involved in a major car accident in Columbia, Tennessee.

Leticia suffered multiple injuries, including breaking her jaw in three places, requiring extensive surgery.

She also suffered broken ribs, sternum, a collapsed lung and swelling on her spine.

Mike suffered injuries to his knee and wrist.

American Pickers wrapped up season 27 in August.
